Shipping & Delivery

Once we have received your payment we can process your order and arrange the delivery of your wine.

Wines can only be delivered to those living in the UK.

Deliveries take no more than 14 days.

We can only deliver wine cases to the credit card holder’s address.

Payment is made online and we accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Maestro which you can use through our secure SAGE PAY TM payment system.

Please note: Orders cannot be delivered until payment has been received in full.

www.willandbess.com is absolutely committed to protecting the privacy of it's customers. Whilst it's essential we gain information from our customers, such as names, email addresses and delivery addresses, this information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling our orders. We do not share or trade this information with any other parties. We are very aware of the abuse of personal information on the internet and any information given to willandbess.com is kept personal. Storage and Condition

Many of the wines were purchased en primeur and have been stored in bond since receipt. Others have been stored in ideal conditions in our cellar. Wine in bond is either held at Vinotheque or Octavian. Some Wines have been bought at auction which have either remained in bond or have come from a verifiable source.

Other wines which were purchased by us in a semi-mature state have come exclusively from reliable UK merchants.

Returns & Replacements

www.willandbess.com will not refund a purchase because you didn't like a wine - however if there is bottle damage then please contact us immediately by email to sales@willandbess.com and we'll organise a refund. We may request that you return the damaged item before we submit a refund so that we can make an assessment as well.

Wooden boxes or Original Cases

Since all wines have been collected over a number of years some of the wines are not available in the original wooden cases. However you are welcome to request delivery in repackaged wooden cases which will be provided wherever possible (Bordeaux and some other wines). Otherwise, all wines will be repackaged in secure cardboard boxes.
